We provide you with personalised nutritional targets on top of unlimited nutritional guidance and meal plan examples so you have a good idea of what to be eating in line with your body and goals.
You will be provided with workouts in an easy to use app based on the equipment you have access to – even if nothing at all. These workouts are designed specifically to help you melt fat and get into the best shape of your life.
You’ll be provided with daily, weekly and overall goals to hit during the Shred to make sure you are held accountable, and check in with your expert coach once a week to ensure you are on track to guarantee maximum results.
Getting in shape can be lonely, that's why you'll get access to the ShredIn7 community group where you'll be surrounded by people on the same mission as you, motivating and pushing you every single step of the way. You'll also get access to mini challenges within the group and weekly educational lessons to ensure you learn as much as possible about the process so you can keep your results forever!
The average weight loss is between 14-21 pounds (which is what the programme is designed to help you lose) but of course this is person dependant
